Hey folks! Welcome to this brand new site. See the woman in this picture? That's none other than Finnian Cole; entrepreneur, extraordinary author, and comic strip creator who lives within the province of Ontario, Canada. Finnian is an aspiring writer who always has a project or two, or three, or four... on the go. She is presently working on a one act play which she will be directing for her theater group, Peninsula Players. The play, "An Act of Betrayal", will mark Finnian's debut as a playwright. Based on an original short story, she has effortlessly converted it to fit the stage. If she's not busy writing for the theater, she usually is working diligently on her newly created comic strip entitled "A Day in the Life..." whose main character happens to be Finnian herself, surrounded by a real life assortment of friends and family. Having enjoyed recent success with the publication of her strip in Prophile, a local gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgendered magazine, she has had several poetic works published as well. One of her poem entitled "The Eventuality of Man" will be appearing in the national library of poetry's anthology, "The Sounds of Silence", in September 1998. All the while she has been actively researching and preparing material for her first novel. Finnian has a truly artistic gift of vision, and enough drive to attain the success, she so richly deserves. She has a sensuous way of manipulating words that lead a reader to sighs and wishful dreams of existence in which we all long for.
